I ended up getting very far with a character that was too hypnotized to wear clothes in town or sleep without masturbating. It's pretty open ended and your character will probably be forced into very unfavourable circumstances even if they don't lose fights. Or maybe they're slightly more pregnant than they last left off. Weaknesses will have increased, maybe that character will have more piercings than you remembered her having, or have certain fetishes you could've sworn weren't there before. The problem is that the character you rescued will be.altered. If you character, say, gets knocked unconscious in a back alley, you can use another character to go rescue them in order to use them again. The character you choose has certain customizable weaknesses (choose how sensitive certain body parts are) that can go up depending on how much they're touched. A lot of bad "endings," but none of them are truly the end. Ryona RPG is a personal favourite of mine. There's a lot of breadth over what can happen to the character you choose, and many of the things that can happen have a lot of depth too. These aren't fully translated, so you'll need something to MTL like Translation Aggregator, but how about Violated Heroine and Ryona RPG.
